This picture is real and I took it on August 8, 2026. We were driving south of Boston on Rte. 1 and we saw this sign. And later that day on the way home, we made sure to pull into the lot so I could take a picture. You can get explosive diarrhea at one side of the building and then slip 'n' slide to the other side for treatment. Please spread this like a gastrointestinal disease.
